The first Hometown Holiday Market was held only four years ago, but it's already become one of the more eagerly anticipated events of the holiday season. Downtown Mill Street is closed off to host numerous boutiques and craft vendors.

Christkindl Market in Mifflinburg draws on a 700-year-old tradition based in Germany and Austria. In 1987, Austrian native Rudi Skucek and his wife Joannah founded the historic market in Joannah's hometown as a way to celebrate local European heritage.

TreeFest promotes the true spirit of giving. Local growers donate dozens of trees that are decorated by organizations sponsored by local businesses and individuals.
