I have been a real estate agent in the Central Susquehanna Valley for over 24 years. As a full time agent, I list and sell single family homes, condo, townhouses, multi-units, farms, vacant land, small commercial and industrial properties.
My coverage areas include Montour, Columbia, Northumberland, Union and Snyder Counties, with a concentration towards Montour, Columbia and Northumberland Counties. In addition to listing and selling, I am the office manager for Century 21 Mertz & Associates branch office in Danville.
In 1988 I obtained my Associate Broker's license and began doing appraisals. In 1993 I completed the requirements to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. The appraisal portion of my business includes estates, personal, bank and divorce appraisals. I have served as a director on the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors and currently serve on the Central Susquehanna Valley Multiple Listing Service Committee (MLS). I am a "New Member Orientation Instructor" for new agents joining our board of Realtors.
